Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026

AXL AI Agency, LLC operates accel.axl.tech, agency.axl.tech and hub.axl.tech. This policy covers these websites, our guides, applications, training, community and agency enquiries. It applies to visitors in all U.S. states, including California and Delaware, and elsewhere. A more specific privacy notice on a form takes priority for that submission.

Who handles your data

We decide how personal information is used for these services. Contact AXL AI Agency, LLC at 1550 Ridgewood St, Clearwater, FL 33755, USA; +1 (727) 454-0872; privacy@axl.tech. Separately operated software accounts and independent specialists may have their own privacy policies.

What we collect and why

  • Contact and application details: name, email, phone number, business, education or work background, answers and messages you provide. We use them to send requested materials, answer questions, review applications and arrange services.
  • Training and community activity: lessons viewed, assignments, feedback, posts and profile details, when you participate. We use them to provide learning, support and community access. Other members can see what you post in shared spaces.
  • Orders and payments: purchase details, billing information and payment status. Payment providers such as Stripe process card details; do not send card numbers in messages or assignments.
  • Website and campaign activity: IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, referral and advertising identifiers, and email opens or clicks. We use these to operate and secure the sites, understand visits and measure campaigns.

Information comes from you, your use of our services, and the platform, payment and communication providers involved in that use. Do not submit sensitive personal information or someone else’s confidential data unless it is needed and you are authorized to do so.

Who receives information

We use AXL for hosting, forms, customer records, learning and communications; payment providers for transactions; and analytics, email, SMS and support providers for their relevant functions. Instructors and authorized support staff can access information needed to help you. AI-assisted features may process messages or submitted work to provide the feature; do not treat AI output as a final decision or professional advice.

If you ask us to find an AI specialist, we may pass your contact details and project requirements to the specialist who can respond. That specialist handles the resulting relationship under their own agreement. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer with appropriate notice.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process them to deliver messages on our behalf.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

AXL uses cookies and similar storage for sessions, security, saved preferences, referral attribution and contact-linked activity. Google Analytics is installed on Agency pages. Selected landing pages also use Google Ads conversion measurement. These services receive online identifiers and activity; Google may combine information under its own settings and privacy policy. Such disclosures can be considered a sale or sharing under some state laws, even without a payment.

Video players and external sites can also receive your IP address and device data when loaded. Their policies apply. Use the controls below for Google measurement on this domain. Browser settings can block or delete other cookies; some site features may then stop working.

Your privacy choices

Do not sell or share my personal information: turn off Google analytics and advertising measurement below. This blocks the Google tag on future page loads on this domain. The setting applies to this browser and domain; repeat it on our other domains or use Global Privacy Control (GPC). We also treat a browser’s GPC or Do Not Track signal as an instruction to keep these Google tags off. This does not disable the AXL platform’s own session, referral and contact-activity records or embedded media.

For other privacy requests, including deletion, access, correction, a copy of your data, restrictions or an objection to processing, email privacy@axl.tech or call +1 (727) 454-0872. State your request and the email or phone number you used with us. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. We may verify identity for access or deletion; an advertising opt-out does not require an account or identity verification.

Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where allowed. We will respond within the applicable legal period and will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. To appeal a denied request, reply with “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact your state attorney general or other privacy regulator.

Email, calls and SMS

Requesting a guide lets us send that guide and related delivery messages. We may follow up about your enquiry and send marketing where permitted. Unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Essential service and purchase messages can continue.

Marketing text messages require separate consent; submitting a phone number alone is not consent to automated marketing texts. If you opt in, message frequency varies and carrier charges may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Where calls or meetings are recorded, notice and any required consent must come before recording.

Retention, security and international processing

We keep information for as long as needed to deliver the requested service, maintain your participation or customer relationship, meet accounting and legal duties, resolve disputes and record consent or opt-outs. The period depends on the record and purpose; deletion requests are subject to those obligations and backup cycles. We use access restrictions and service-provider safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

We are based in the United States, and the providers involved may process information in other countries. Where EU or UK data law applies, processing relies on delivering the requested service, legitimate operational interests, legal duties or consent, as appropriate. Required international-transfer safeguards must apply. You may withdraw consent, object to direct marketing and complain to your local data-protection authority.

Young people and policy changes

These services are for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before purchasing or entering a service agreement. If you believe we received personal information from a child under 16, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

We post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the sites or communicated directly when appropriate. A policy update does not by itself authorize a new use of previously collected information that requires consent.
